Predators are happy to announce the signing of Swedish forward Alexander Insulander

Alexander was drafted in second round in the GMHL draft this last Sunday. Alexander comes to us with lots of experience playing high level hockey.
Alexander played for his home province Sodermanland in "Tv Pucken" and season after he made his professionnel debut with Aker/Strangnas in the very strong league "Hockeyettan"
Alexander already has experience of playing in North America after he played in Chicago Cougars in the USPHL. In 36 games he scored 18 goals and ended up with 42 points.

Predators GM Johan Eriksson had this to say:
We are thrilled to have Alex on board. I have been in contact with the Insulander family for a good year and a half, so I am extra happy today. Not only do we get a proven goal scorer but also a leader with experience from high level hockey. We expect Alex to be a player who both score points and help lead the way both on and off the ice
